Our yellow shrub roses are very beautiful and rather hardy for yellow roses. They bloom for much of the growing season and are highly resistant to disease. (We recommend Bayer 3-in-1 Rose and Flower treatment for all of our plants.) Also known as carpet roses, they can actually get quite tall and wide, and must be pruned after the first bloom (and any time they overgrow their surroundings). Yellow shrub roses are the least hardy of the shrub roses and should be kept away from damp or humid places, e.g., away from swimming pools.
